Health is wealth. That could not be stressed enough. Today’s society has been bombarded with junk that eating something that is organic and original bothers them (because they got used to eating junk). From obesity, diabetes, hypertension, you name it. These lifestyle diseases are caused by focusing on work and compromising health. People work hard for their dreams, and sometimes, hard enough that they forgot about their health.
Advertisements, and propagandas showing tasty foods, so enticing that almost everyone wants to go and visit the fast food to eat. Surely, these foods are yummy and easy to get compared to a healthy food that you have to prepare yourself. However, these foods are taxing to our health. Fun to eat, not fun to our health.
However, switching to a healthy diet should not be a hard work. Not at all. It’s also fun and easy. Especially when you have resources you can follow.
Paleo diet is one of the many diet regimens that has been talked about by many people. This diet is an effective tool to lose weight, and improve your health. It involves ditching all the junks that we consume (list will be provided later) that includes meats that are fed with artificial food. Yes, you heard it. Not all meats are produced equal. What our animals consume, we consume too.
