Vitamin C Infographic
The most recognized vitamin is vitamin C. When sailors became ill due to scurvy, it became known that this is the result of severe vitamin C deficiency.
While maintaining a healthy dose of vitamin C prevents scurvy, it provides for a variety of benefits. Vitamin C, for example, can reduce the risk of UTI, heart disease, Alzheimer’s and increase bone density. The infographic below by Authority Diet lists just some vitamin C health benefits.
