Healthy Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is delicious and packed of nutrition. For example, there is 73% daily value of manganese and 67% daily value of niacin in 100 g of peanut butter.
Peanut butter has around 6% carbs, 15% protein and the rest is fat. The fat content is mostly monosaturated which is the safe type.
Peanuts contain coenzyme Q10 which helps with energy metabolism. One drawback is that peanuts are a legume and so have traces of aflatoxins.
