Wheat Belly Recipes ♥ Grain Brain Diet Quest
Brief Story: I’ve dropped from “over 200lb’s ” weight with Body Mass Index – BMI of 29 !! to an ideal (for me) “low 140lb’s” weight with BMI calculation of 20 in the past few years.
Now in the pantry and fridge: Coconut oil, MCT oil, olive oil, avocado oil, grass fed ghee & butter, high percent cacao dark chocolate, cacao nibs, plenty of avocados, plenty of fresh vegetables; cinnamon; turmeric; Himalayan sea salt… wild caught scallops, shrimp & salmon on rare occasions (with ample B vitamins to offset homocysteine build-up).
This blog is dedicated to discovering, learning and sharing the top Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet recipes & resources. The Grain Brain Diet, & Wheat Belly Diet recipes route works well for me. Both provide a strong influence for food and recipe selections.
Some lifestyle health “hacks” will be included, as well.
